Traveler's Information

*Must be ages 18 to 26 yrs old

Please submit this application form. This does not guarantee you a spot on the tour. We will notify you if and when your application has been confirmed. Unless you are applying for a scholarship, a $400 USD non-refundable/non-transferable deposit per person will be required once your application is confirmed.

A copy of your passport and flight itinerary will be required at least six weeks prior to travel. You are responsible for obtaining your own passport and visa (if required). We cannot apply for either of these travel documents!

The remaining tour balance is due 90 days prior to travel. If full payment is not received by the due date, your spot on the tour is subject to cancellation.

Travel and medical insurance are not included in the cost of the tour. Please purchase your own insurance.

Travel insurance is not included in the cost of the tour. Please purchase insurance to cover the cost of your flights and monies paid to Behold Israel should you have to cancel. Please reference the Cancellation Policy to review the amount that will be nonrefundable.

Cancellations within 75-61 days of travel: 600 USD per person will be non-refundable. Cancellations within 60-31 days of travel: half the tour cost per person will be non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 days of travel: no refund.

If a situation (such as a virus) requires us to cancel a tour, we will refund monies that you have paid Behold Israel. This is only if WE CANCEL THE TOUR. If you choose to cancel on your own for any reason (including, for example, a virus), we will follow the cancellation policy outlined above. Please get travel insurance to cover your costs if you choose to cancel.

There will be a licensed tour guide on each bus. This guide will lead the group through the sites. Amir will teach at some of the sites, but due to time and space constraints, he will not be teaching at every site. Sites are subject to change due to weather, traffic and availability. Due to liability concerns, you may not participate in activities/tours operated by a different travel agency or led by another tour guide during the Behold Israel tour. If you want to see sites not listed on the Itinerary, allow a few extra days before or after the tour.

Please know that as a participant on the tour you will walk 3-5 miles per day. You must be able to keep up with the group with minimal assistance. Some of the sites have uneven steps, cobblestone streets, rocks or stone steps without railings, ramps, or other disability accommodations. Please consider your physical and medical conditions that might prevent you from being able to keep up with the group as it is your responsibility to do so.

This is planned to be a two-bus tour. I understand there will be approximately 100 participants.

    Emergency Contacts

Please provide two contacts that will not be on the tour.

Please be honest. You do not have to be a committed follower of Jesus Christ to go on this tour. It is a Christian tour, but we welcome those who are in doubt or are struggling with their faith.

        Describe your spiritual life.

We are excited about the Young Adults Tour for 2021 and desire that, above all, we glorify God. This tour gives you an opportunity to explore, but remember this is not just a vacation. The objective of this tour is to deepen your faith and relationship with the Lord and to encourage one another to love God with all our hearts, minds, and souls.

We should love our neighbors as we love ourselves and value the community we are visiting. Each of us has a responsibility for the impact that we have on the culture around us and we need to consider that testimony. Our behavior should bear evidence of our commitment to Christ. With that in mind, the following are some guidelines we ask you to read over, check Yes in recognition that you agree to abide by them.

We will be able to provide a limited number of need-based partial or full scholarships for the land portion of the tour. Scholarships do not cover airfare or passport or visa fees. You will need to submit a registration form and a scholarship application. Prayerfully consider what portion of the tour you can pay for yourself as we receive many applications from around the world. The more you can pay, the more people we can assist. It is okay to say you can pay 0% if you are truly in that life situation and raising your own airfare will be the most you will be able to do. Note - If you have been to Israel before, you are not eligible for a scholarship.

Almost done. Where should we send the confirmation?
