Both the country of Greece and Celestyal Cruises will require questionnaires to be completed. I agree to complete and submit these as required.

***Vaccination or recovered-from-COVID proof is now required. Per the Greek Sanitation authorities, all guests aged 12 and older must present proof of a World Health Organization approved vaccination, with the final dose of their vaccine administered at least 14 days before arrival. A COVID-19 recovery certificate up to three months old is also accepted. {Time limit for validity of recovery certificate updated 1/24/2022. It previously was 180 days.} Anyone 60 years old and above, at this time, will need to get a booster shot if the second dose of the vaccine was more than seven months prior to travel. Anyone who already got the booster has no need to get another one regardless of when the booster was received.*** These protocols could change and I agree to follow what is needed in order to participate in the tour. Behold Israel will update you as we learn more.


To reserve your spot on the tour please submit a registration form. Once your spot on the tour is confirmed, then pay the $800 USD deposit per person. The deposit is refundable until January 24, 2022.

See payment schedule table above. With limited amount of time, both the deposit and first payment are due on January 24, 2022, and the next payment is due March 9, 2022. The final payment of the $400/person cash for tips for guide, hotel, restaurant, and cruise ship staff is due upon arrival on June 23, 2022. If payments are not received by the due dates, your spot on the tour is subject to cancellation.

A copy of your passport and flight itinerary will be required at least six weeks prior to travel. Participants must be 18 years of age to participate in this tour, except in special circumstances.

Travel and medical insurance are not included in the cost of the tour. Please purchase your own insurance.

If you are traveling alone and would like to share a double room, we will do our best to match you with another person of the same sex. Please note that there is no guarantee we will be able to find you a roommate. If we are unable to match you with a roommate, you will be charged the additional cost for a single room.

I understand that COVID testing will be required prior to boarding the flight to Athens, prior to boarding the cruise ship, and prior to flying home, and possibly other times throughout the tour.

Travel and medical insurance are not included in the cost of the tour. Please purchase insurance to cover the cost of your flights and monies paid to Behold Israel should you have to cancel. Please reference the Cancellation Policy to review the amount that will be nonrefundable. Medical care is very costly onboard the ship. Purchase insurance that will cover medical needs.

There will be a licensed tour guide on every bus. This guide will lead the group through the sites. Amir will teach at some of the sites, but due to time and space constraints, he will not be teaching at every site.

Sites are subject to change due to weather, traffic and availability.

Due to liability concerns, you may not participate in activities/tours operated by a different travel agency or led by another tour guide during the Behold Israel tour. If you want to see sites not listed on the Itinerary, allow a few extra days before or after the tour.

Please know that as a participant on the tour you will walk 3-5 miles per day.

You must be able to keep up with the group with minimal assistance.

Some of the sites have uneven steps, cobblestone streets, rocks or stone steps without railings, ramps, or other disability accommodations.

Please consider your physical and medical conditions that might prevent you from being able to keep up with the group as it is your responsibility to do so.

This tour will be one or two buses depending on demand and availability of rooms. I understand that if it is two buses, there will be approximately 100 participants. I also understand that there will be other passengers aboard the cruise ship not related to Behold Israel.
