Terms and Conditions - Please read each box in its entirety!

Please submit this application form. This does not guarantee you a spot on the tour. We will notify you if and when your application has been approved. Unless you are applying for a scholarship, a $400 USD non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. (Instructions will be emailed to you.) The final balance is due April 27. If full payment is not received by the due date, your spot on the tour is subject to cancellation. The Cancellation Policy is outlined below.

A copy of your passport and flight itinerary will be required by six weeks prior to travel, April 27.

There will be two buses on this tour. Each bus will have a licensed tour guide. This guide will lead the group through the sites. Amir will teach at some of the sites, but due to time and space constraints, he will not be teaching at every site.

Sites and hotels are subject to change due to weather, traffic, and availability.

Due to liability concerns, you may not participate in activities/tours operated by a different travel agency or led by another tour guide during the Behold Israel tour. If you want to see sites not listed on the itinerary, allow a few extra days before or after the tour.

Please know that as a participant on the tour you will WALK 3-5 MILES PER DAY and we will be getting on and off the bus multiple times each day.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH THE GROUP WITH MINIMAL ASSISTANCE.

Some of the sites have uneven steps, cobblestone streets, rocks or stone steps without railings, ramps, or other disability accommodations.

Please consider your physical and medical conditions that might prevent you from being able to keep up with the group as IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DO SO.

SEE BOX BELOW FOR CURRENT COVID PROTOCOLS

If onerous travel restrictions or other situations require us to cancel the tour, we will refund monies that you have paid Behold Israel.

Unless you receive a scholarship, we ask that you purchase travel insurance from a company of your choosing, as we will follow the policy outlined below if you cancel.

Cancellations April 28 to May 9: 50% will be non-refundable.

Cancellations after May 9: No refund.

COVID protocols are changing frequently and without much notice. Currently, vaccination or recovery proof is not required. This could change if another variant or surge arises. We cannot guarantee that the mandate won't be reinstated by the time of tour. We will update you as we know more.

Currently, a PCR test is required within 72 hours of your flight to Israel. The document must have the negative result, your date of birth, and your passport number. A PCR test is also required upon arrival at the Ben Gurion Airport and prior to departure.

You must complete an entry statement form within 48 hours pre-flight or arrival to Israel. (As part of the information, you will need to enter the name and address of the first hotel. We will provide you that information once that is finalized.)

When you submit this form, you will get a confirmation email with a bar code. Please make sure you print this out AND save it digitally so that you have a backup in case one method fails. You will also get a link with the option to prepay for the PCR test upon arrival. DO NOT PREPAY. OUR AGENT IS BOOKING AND PREPAYING FOR THESE!

Per current protocols, until you get a negative result or 24 hours have passed (whichever is less), you will have to remain in isolation at the hotel. It is likely that you will be able to move about inside the hotel, including the dining room, but you cannot leave the hotel. If you get a positive result, you may have to be taken by ambulance to a 'COVID hotel' and retested 4 days later.

Our agent will also book the tests that will be needed prior to departure. The timing and type of test depends on the location of your home.

Please read and agree to the Tour Release terms below

EMERGENCY CONTACTS

Please provide two contacts that will not be on the tour.

TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF

Please be honest. You do not have to be a committed follower of Jesus Christ to go on this tour. It will be a Bible-teaching Christian tour, but we welcome those who are in doubt or are struggling with their faith.

CODE OF CONDUCT

We are excited about this Young Adults Tour and desire that, above all, we glorify God. The objective of this tour is to deepen your faith and relationship with the Lord, to have fellowship with like-minded believers, and to encourage one another to love God with all our hearts, minds, and souls.

We should love our neighbors as we love ourselves and value the community we are visiting. Each of us has a responsibility for the impact that we have on the culture around us and we need to consider that testimony. Our behavior should bear evidence of our commitment to Christ. With that in mind, the following are some guidelines we ask you to read over and check Yes in recognition that you agree to abide by them. These rules may seem overbearing but they are for your own safety and the wellbeing of others.

SCHOLARSHIP

We will be able to provide some need-based scholarships. Complete the form below if you would like to be considered for a scholarship.
