TOUR DOCUMENTS

Copy of valid passport due April 26.
Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the date of your trip. Visa requirements vary by country.
Copy of your flight itinerary due April 26.
Once your spot on the tour is confirmed, book your ﬂights to arrive during the day at the Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) on June 7 and depart after 10:30 pm on June 17.
Behold Israel will be providing transportation during these hours. Taxi services can be recommended at an additional charge.

Tour Documents & Payments*

Please submit this application form. This does not guarantee you a spot on the tour. We will notify you if and when your application has been approved. Unless you are applying for a scholarship, a $400 USD non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. (Instructions will be emailed to you.) The final balance is due March 28. If full payment is not received by the due date, your spot on the tour is subject to cancellation. The Cancellation Policy is outlined below.

A copy of your passport and flight itinerary will be required by six weeks prior to travel, April 26.

Tour Organization*

There will be one bus on this tour, approximately 50 people. The bus will have a licensed tour guide. This guide will lead the group through the sites. Amir will teach at some of the sites, but due to time and space constraints, he will not be teaching at every site. The BI rep will also provide biblical teachings.

Sites and hotels are subject to change due to weather, traffic, and availability.

Due to liability concerns, you may not participate in activities/tours operated by a different travel agency or led by another tour guide or visit local friends during the Behold Israel tour. If you want to see sites not listed on the itinerary, allow a few extra days before or after the tour. You must stay with the tour for the entire time.

Physical Capabilities*

Please know that as a participant on the tour you will WALK 3-5 MILES PER DAY and we will be getting on and off the bus multiple times each day.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH THE GROUP WITH MINIMAL ASSISTANCE.

Some of the sites have uneven steps, cobblestone streets, rocks or stone steps without railings, ramps, or other disability accommodations.

Please consider your physical and medical conditions that might prevent you from being able to keep up with the group as IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DO SO.

Every day of this tour will be spent in the heat and humidity, some of it in direct sunlight. Practicing exercise and hydration prior to your arrival to Israel is imperative.

Cancellation Policy*

If a situation arises that requires us to cancel the tour, we will refund monies that you have paid Behold Israel.

Unless you receive a full scholarship, we ask that you purchase travel insurance from a company of your choosing, as we will follow the policy outlined below if you cancel.

You will need to purchase flight insurance to cover the cost of your flights should you need to cancel.

Cancellations March 28 to May 7: 50% will be non-refundable.

Cancellations after May 7: No refund.

COVID Protocols*

COVID protocols are changing frequently and without much notice. Currently, vaccination or recovery proof is not required. This could change if another variant or surge arises. We cannot guarantee that the mandate won't be reinstated by the time of tour.

CODE OF CONDUCT

We are excited about this Young Adults Tour and desire that, above all, we glorify God. The objective of this tour is to deepen your faith and relationship with the Lord, to have fellowship with like-minded believers, and to encourage one another to love God with all our hearts, minds, and souls.

We should love our neighbors as we love ourselves and value the community we are visiting. Each of us has a responsibility for the impact that we have on the culture around us and we need to consider that testimony. Our behavior should bear evidence of our commitment to Christ. With that in mind, the following are some guidelines we ask you to read over and check Yes in recognition that you agree to abide by them. These rules may seem overbearing but they are for your own safety and the wellbeing of others.

I agree to utilize hotel lobbies, conference rooms, and outdoor gathering places for intermingling and socializing. NO mixed gender groups in sleeping rooms (except for siblings or married couples).*

I agree that I will not leave the hotel without supervision even when there is free time at the end of the day.*

I agree to be in MY room (not my friend's room) by the announced curfew time each night. I will sleep in my room that I am assigned to and will not switch or move to another room to sleep or hang out with other friends.*

I agree to dress modestly and not wear short shorts/skirts/dresses or skimpy tops. Tank tops are okay if they are not low cut. Some sites require knees and shoulders to covered. I agree to bring along appropriate attire. (You will need several tops that have sleeves and skirts/pants that cover the knees.)*

I agree to attend and participate in group teachings, breakout sessions, etc. I will be respectful of the leaders, other young adults, and SarEl Tours' bus driver and guide at all times. In order to pay attention and interact with others, I agree to LIMIT MY USE OF PERSONAL ELECTRONIC DEVICES to only what is necessary.*

I am able to walk distances of 4 to 5 miles (6 to 8 km) per day and walk at a brisk pace for several minutes at a time. I am able to hike up moderate inclines (for a short distance) in high temperatures (90+F or 30+C) and humidity.*
