    PAYMENTS

    • Upon acceptance to a tour, pay a nonrefundable, nontransferable $500 USD deposit / person.
    • Final payment due 90 days prior to travel

    TOUR DOCUMENTS

    • Copy of valid passport due 6 weeks prior to travel.
    • Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the date of your trip. Visa requirements vary by country.
    • For visa-exempt countries, you must obtain an ETA-IL (see below).
    • Copy of your flight itinerary due 6 weeks prior to your travel.
    • Book your flights to arrive by 5 pm at the Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) on the first day of the tour and depart from TLV after 10:30 pm on the last day of the tour.
    • Behold Israel will be providing transportation during these hours. If you arrive on a day other than the first day or depart on a day other than the last day, you will need to arrange your own lodging and transportation.

    Traveler's Information

    ****EACH TRAVELER MUST COMPLETE HIS OR HER OWN FORM. For example, for a couple, we need a registration from both the husband and the wife. Please read all the Terms and Conditions in their entirety!****

    To reserve your spot on the tour please submit this registration form. Once you are accepted on the tour, instructions for paying your $500 USD (per person) non-refundable/non-transferable deposit will be emailed to you. The Cancellation Policy is outlined in the Terms and Conditions below.

    If the tour is sold out, no payment will be collected and we will add your name to the waiting list. We will notify you if a space becomes available.

    A copy of your passport and flight itinerary will be required at least six weeks prior to travel.

    Participants must be 13 years of age to participate in a tour, except in special circumstances.

    The remaining tour balance is due 90 days prior to travel. If full payment is not received by the due date, your spot on the tour is subject to cancellation.

    Travel and medical insurance are not included in the cost of the tour. Please purchase your own insurance.

    Rooms / Roommates

    If you are traveling alone and would like to share a double room, we will do our best to match you with another person of the same sex. Please note that there is no guarantee we will be able to find you a roommate. If we are unable to match you with a roommate, you will be charged the additional cost for a single room.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    If you are traveling alone and would like to share a double room, we will do our best to match you with another person of the same sex. Please note that there is no guarantee we will be able to find you a roommate. If we are unable to match you with a roommate, you will be charged the additional cost for a single room.

    By checking this box, you agree to entrust Behold Israel with the responsibility of finding a roommate for you and commit to respecting your roommate, regardless of any differences you may have.

    If you request a roommate and you cancel within 75 days prior to travel, you will be refunded the amount from the cancellation policy less the amount required for the single supplement for your roommate.
    If onerous travel restrictions or other situations require us to cancel a tour, we will refund monies that you have paid Behold Israel.

    We ask that you purchase travel insurance from a company of your choosing, as we will follow the policy outlined below if you cancel for any reason. Note that final payments are due 90 days prior to travel.

    Cancellations within 75-61 days of travel: $750 USD per person will be non-refundable, non-transferable.

    Cancellations within 60-31 days of travel: Half the tour cost per person will be non-refundable, non-transferable.

    Cancellations within 30 days of travel: No refund, non-transferable.

    If you request a roommate and you cancel within 75 days prior to travel, you will be refunded the amount from the cancellation policy above less the amount required for the single supplement for your roommate.
    The rules for travel to Israel have changed. As of January 2025, travelers from visa-exempt countries are required to obtain an ETA-IL (Electronic Travel Authorization) to enter the state of Israel. This is a simple process to do online. You will need a valid email address, your travel information, and a valid passport. It will be valid for two years. The cost is 25 NIS (shekels) but is subject to change.

    Travel insurance is not included in the cost of the tour. Please purchase insurance to cover the cost of your flights and monies paid to Behold Israel should you have to cancel. Please reference the Cancellation Policy to review the amount that will be nonrefundable.
    There will be a licensed tour guide and Behold Israel representatives on every bus. This guide will lead the group through the sites. AMIR WILL TEACH AT SOME OF THE SITES, BUT DUE TO TIME AND SPACE CONSTRAINTS, HE WILL NOT BE TEACHING AT EVERY SITE. He will NOT be with the tour the entire time. The guide and BI rep will teach when Amir does not.

    Sites and hotels are subject to change due to weather, traffic, safety, and availability.

    Due to liability concerns, you may not participate in activities/tours operated by a different travel agency or led by another tour guide during the Behold Israel tour. If you want to see sites not listed on the itinerary or have extra time to shop or relax, allow a few extra days before or after the tour.
    YOU MUST BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH THE GROUP WITH MINIMAL ASSISTANCE. Please know that as a participant on the tour you will WALK 3-5 MILES PER DAY, and we will be getting on and off the bus multiple times each day. Dehydration is common, and it is absolutely necessary to drink several bottles of water every day.

    Some of the sites have uneven steps, cobblestone streets, rocks, or stone steps without railings, ramps, or other disability accommodations.

    Please consider your physical and medical conditions that might prevent you from being able to keep up with the group as IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DO SO.
    Currently, each of these Bible Experience tours are one bus. Each bus has a maximum capacity of approximately 50 people. If the demand is there, we reserve the right to add one more bus to any of the tours.
