Terms and Conditions - Please read each box in its entirety!

Please submit this application form. This does not guarantee you a spot on the tour. We will notify you if and when your application has been approved. Unless you are applying for a scholarship, a $500 USD non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your spot. (Instructions will be emailed to you.) The final balance is due March 13. If full payment is not received by the due date, your spot on the tour is subject to cancellation. The Cancellation Policy is outlined below.

A copy of your passport and flight itinerary will be required by six weeks prior to travel, April 30.

There will be one bus on this tour, approximately 50 people. The bus will have a licensed tour guide. This guide will lead the group through the sites. Amir will teach at some of the sites, but due to time and space constraints, he will not be teaching at every site. The BI reps will also provide biblical teachings.

Sites and hotels are subject to change due to weather, traffic, and availability.

Due to liability concerns, you may not participate in activities/tours operated by a different travel agency or led by another tour guide or visit local friends during the Behold Israel tour. If you want to see sites not listed on the itinerary, allow a few extra days before or after the tour. You must stay with the tour for the entire time.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH THE GROUP WITH MINIMAL ASSISTANCE. Please know that as a participant on the tour you will WALK 3-5 MILES PER DAY and we will be getting on and off the bus multiple times each day.

Some of the sites have uneven steps, cobblestone streets, rocks or stone steps without railings, ramps, or other disability accommodations.

Please consider your physical and medical conditions that might prevent you from being able to keep up with the group as IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DO SO.

Every day of this tour will be spent in the heat and humidity, some of it in direct sunlight. Practicing exercise and hydration prior to your arrival and while in Israel is imperative.

If a situation arises that requires us to cancel the tour, we will refund monies that you have paid Behold Israel. If the war is still ongoing and Amir feels that this tour should not happen, we will refund your money. Otherwise, you will need to file a claim with your insurance company for reimbursement.

Unless you receive a full scholarship, we ask that you purchase travel insurance from a company of your choosing, as we will follow the policy outlined below if you cancel.

You will need to purchase flight insurance to cover the cost of your flights should you need to cancel.

Cancellations March 28 to April 11: $750 USD per person will be non-refundable, non-transferable.

Cancellations within April 12 to May 11: Half the tour cost per person will be non-refundable, non-transferable.

Cancellations after May 11: No refund, non-transferable.

The rules for travel to Israel have changed. As of January 2025, travelers from visa-exempt countries are required to obtain an ETA-IL (Electronic Travel Authorization) to enter the state of Israel. This is a simple process to do online. You will need a valid email address, your travel information, and a valid passport. It will be valid for two years. The cost is 25 NIS (shekels) but is subject to change.

EMERGENCY CONTACTS

Please provide two contacts who WILL NOT BE ON THIS TOUR.

TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF

Please be honest. You do not have to be a committed follower of Jesus Christ to go on this tour. It will be a Bible-teaching Christian tour, but we welcome those who are in doubt or are struggling with their faith.

CODE OF CONDUCT

We are excited about this Young Adults Tour and desire that, above all, we glorify God. The objective of this tour is to deepen your faith and relationship with the Lord, to have fellowship with like-minded believers, and to encourage one another to love God with all our hearts, minds, and souls.

We should love our neighbors as we love ourselves and value the community we are visiting. Each of us has a responsibility for the impact that we have on the culture around us and we need to consider that testimony. Our behavior should bear evidence of our commitment to Christ. With that in mind, the following are some guidelines we ask you to read over and check Yes in recognition that you agree to abide by them. These rules may seem overbearing but they are for your own safety and the wellbeing of others.

SCHOLARSHIP

We will be able to provide a limited number of need-based scholarships. Complete the form below if you would like to be considered for a scholarship.
