TOUR INFORMATION

INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE:

  • 3 nights in a luxury hotel in Athens

FOR EACH PASSENGER

  • Complete the Online Registration form
  • Read and sign Terms & Conditions
  • Read and sign Release Form
  • Pay $1000/person deposit (half refundable until May 5) as instructed when registration is confirmed, followed by two additional payments as outlined below.
  • For embarkation, Celestyal Cruises requires each person to submit a Public Health Questionnaire.
  • Currently, there are no requirements in place for vaccinations for either Greece or the cruise.

TOUR DOCUMENTS

  • Copy of valid passport due by July 1.
  • Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the date of your trip. Visa requirements vary by country.
  • Copy of your flight itinerary due by July 1.
  • Book your flights to arrive in Athens (ATH) by 6 pm on October 13. Depart on October 23 from ATH. Transfers from the hotel to ATH will be at 8 am and 11 am.
  • Behold Israel will be providing transportation during these hours. Otherwise, you will need to take a taxi.

Celestyal Cruises requires a Public Health Questionnaire to be completed by each passenger. I agree to complete and submit this document as required.

***Vaccination or recovered-from-COVID proof is not currently required. Note that these protocols are subject to change.***


To reserve your spot on the tour please submit a registration form. Once your spot on the tour is confirmed, you will receive an email with instructions to pay the $1000 USD per person deposit. Half of the deposit is refundable until May 5th.

See Payment Schedule table above. The second payment is due May 30, and the final payment is due July 21.

If payments are not received by the due dates, your spot on the tour is subject to cancellation.

A copy of your passport and flight itinerary will be required by July 1.

Participants must be 18 years of age to participate in this tour, except in special circumstances.

Travel and medical insurance are not included in the cost of the tour. Please purchase your own insurance.

Rooms / Roommates

If you are traveling alone and would like to share a double room, we will do our best to match you with another person of the same sex. Please note that there is no guarantee we will be able to find you a roommate. If we are unable to match you with a roommate, you will be charged the additional cost for a single room.

Cancellation Policy & Dates

Review the Cancellation Policy above. Note that the refund is stricter than our Bible Experience Tours due to requirements of our hotel in Athens and the cruise ship. This is a reason to purchase insurance! Once you register, we are obligated to our tour agent!

If a situation requires us to cancel the tour, we will refund monies that you have paid Behold Israel. This is only if WE CANCEL THE TOUR. If you choose to cancel on your own for ANY reason and the tour still goes on, we will follow the cancellation policy outlined above. Please get travel insurance to cover your costs if you choose to cancel.

Travel and medical insurance are not included in the cost of the tour. Please purchase insurance to cover the cost of your flights and monies paid to Behold Israel should you have to cancel. Please reference the Cancellation Policy to review the amount that will be nonrefundable. Medical care is very costly onboard the ship. Purchase insurance that will cover medical needs.
There will be licensed tour guides for the sites in Greece and the shore excursions on the cruise. This guide will lead the group through the sites. Amir will teach at some of the sites in Greece, and Pastor Mike will teach at some of the sites on the shore excursions. Amir will not be able to be on the cruise with you.

Sites are subject to change due to weather, traffic and availability.

Due to liability concerns, you may not participate in activities/tours operated by a different travel agency or led by another tour guide during the Behold Israel tour. If you want to see sites not listed on the Itinerary, allow a few extra days before or after the tour.
Please know that as a participant on the tour you will walk 3-5 miles per day.

You must be able to keep up with the group with minimal assistance.

Some of the sites have uneven steps, cobblestone streets, rocks or stone steps without railings, ramps, or other disability accommodations.

Please consider your physical and medical conditions that might prevent you from being able to keep up with the group as it is your responsibility to do so.
This tour will be one bus with approximately 30 participants. If more suites become available on the cruise ship, we reserve the right to add participants if the demand is there. Understand that there will be other passengers aboard the cruise ship not related to Behold Israel.
